spacious roomsingle bedcramped feeling
the rooms are very spacious and clean, unlike many japanese hotel rooms.
The room i booked with twin beds had single beds. This was not suitable for more than one person per bed, and one of my children kept falling off during the night. for the remaining nights, i slept with one child, feeling cramped and worried about the other falling off the bed. this situation was NOT acceptable.

Really good stay, felt so pampered

I especially liked the lovely robe, pyjamas, and slippers provided. They were so soft! The bathtub in the room was large, fitting two people comfortably, a romantic touch. Blackout blinds ensured a peaceful night's sleep, very important for a light sleeper like me.
I booked a room expecting enough space, but it felt a little cramped for our family. The two single beds pushed together weren't ideal. A proper king-size bed would have been much better.

The location is GREAT; it is easy to walk to Dotonbori area and the Namba shopping centre. This made exploring local attractions incredibly convenient and stress-free. Everything was close and very accessible.

Every staff member I met was very pleasant and professional. They were spotless and offered MANY dining options. I had a delightful experience at Whiskey Nova, and every staff member was very friendly.

The room included all necessary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. They even included a razor and a loofah, which i find amazing!!! The view from the corner room added a special touch to our stay.

The location was ideal. It allowed easy access to nearby shops and dining. the views from the hotel were amazing, providing an excellent backdrop (i spent some time just looking out the window). the staff were helpful.
i found that the room i booked had two single beds, not ideal. it was smaller than expected, and a larger bed would have been more suitable (still, i managed).
